Flex Space Office Remodel - Torrance, CA

For Gracie University in Torrance, we transformed an existing space into two office units and a dedicated photography studio, bringing a fresh perspective to the everyday workplace. Thoughtful space planning gave each area a clear purpose, while glass doors kept the interiors feeling open and connected.

A custom mural inspired by the Copacabana boardwalk brings movement and personality to the space, celebrating the Brazilian roots of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Paired with stylish furnishings and playful details, the result is a welcoming, functional workplace that reflects the team’s identity and makes coming to work a little more fun.
